Pattern - Cake with Slice Cut Out, and the Slice, Knitting Pattern - Printed A5

Here is a delicious chocolate cake with a couple of slices already polished off! And a cut slice ready to serve.

This listing comprises two printed patterns: one for the cake and one for the slice, printed on A5 size thick paper and delivered in a flat envelope.

The main cake is worked in 3 main pieces with only one seam to sew at the end. Part of it is worked in the round on double pins. For both the cake and the slice, cardboard is used to give a firm shape. A template is included. Finished cake measures 10 cm high and 16 cm diameter.

This would make an ideal centrepiece for your cupcakes at tea-time. Why not make a couple of slices to match the cake, or make lots of different slices....
